Powder coating
In this process, sheet metal parts are sprayed with powdered paint (which comes in a wide variety of colours to suit your aesthetic desires!) and then baked in an oven. Powder coating creates a strong and corrosion-resistant layer over each part that is far more durable than other finishing methods.
Bead blasting
Bead blasting is the operation of propelling - typically with compressed air - a stream of abrasive material (blast media) against a surface to affect the surface finish. Bead blasting gives each Sheet Metal part a smooth, matte appearance.
WHAT IS SHEET METAL FABRICATION?
Sheet Metal Fabrication is the process of forming parts from a metal sheet by punching, cutting, stamping and/or bending. In Sheet Metal Fabrication, 3D CAD files are converted into machine code, so that the metal sheet can be precisely cut by the machine to form the final part. Sheet metal parts are known for their durability, which makes them great for end-use applications (such as chassis).
